Job Summary: Responsible for sales of IT hardware/software, solutions and services of the company to prospective and existing customers. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships and achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration. Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers. Work closely with customers on relationship-based approach. Coordinate for POC/Demo of products & solutions to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.

Preparation of detailed technical and commercial proposals and be a SPOC to customer for their complete IT needs. Work experience of 3 - 5 years in IT sales.


  • Prior work experience in IT sales with good level of technical understanding with enthusiasm for new technology and its commercial uses
    Sound knowledge of IT products and its application, complete understanding of OEM, Distribution and Reselling businesses and its operations
    Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
  • Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services.
  • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
  • Participates in technical/business seminars and events self-motivation and a competitive, results-driven attitude time-management skills and the ability to prioritize persuasive and influential verbal communication skills and a strong team spirit, business awareness

Minimum Qualifications: MBA or Any Degree.

Job Summary: Responsible for the technical support activities related to IT infrastructure of the company or its customers. Serves as a technical support resource in the areas of system & network administration i.e. installation, troubleshooting & problem fixing of IT hardware/software including networking products & provide technical support services either onsite or remotely.

Work towards providing a high level of service wrt technical support to the company or its customers.

Requirements: Prior work experience of 2-4 years in Windows Servers/Desktops environment including Active Directory, File Server & Exchange. Experience in setting up and troubleshooting Network Printer, L2 or L3 switches configuration, WiFi AP/Router setup and Outlook configuration and troubleshooting of LAN or internet access issues. Any amount of work experience or knowledge on Linux OS and troubleshooting skills will be a plus.
